Max Laser pulsed fiber laser is designed for laser making system with high speed and high efficiency. It is an ideal high power laser source for industrial laser making system and other applications.
Compared with conventional lasers, fiber laser has some unique advantages including high conversion efficiency, excellent beam quality, less thermal effect, less power consumption, small volume and free maintenance, etc.
Besides these, MAX Laser pulsed fiber laser can be set in user’s equipment easily and be used under any conditions.
The device is driven with 24VDC power source and emits invisible 1064nm wavelength light. Output of the laser can be adjusted with control module or PC.
Excellent pulse power/energy stability
MAX Pulsed Fiber Laser is driven with 240VDC power source.
1)Make sure the device is properly grounded.
2)No operator serviceable parts inside and all servicing should be done by qualified Perfect Laser personnel. To prevent electrical shock, please do not remove covers. Any tampering of the product will void the warranty.
3)Output head of the product is connected with a fiber cable. Please be careful dealing with the output head. Output lens should be avoided dirt and other contaminations. Lens tissue should be used only when clean the output lens.
4)If the product is used in a way not specified in this document, protection provided by the product will be weakened. The product must be used under normal conditions.
5)Do not install output head when the laser is working.
6)Three fans are mounted at the rear panel of the optical module of the product for active cooling. Sufficient airflow should be guaranteed to cool the instrument.
7)Do not look on the output head of the device directly. Appropriate laser safety eyewear should be worn when operating the device.
8)Make sure the pulse repetition rate is higher than 20 kHz.
9)Maximum absence of the pulse is 50 x 10-6 s.
10)Power source interrupt will do great harm to the laser. Please make sure the power supply work continuous.

The main reasons and treatment measures of pursed laser with no light:
1. Check the emergency stop switch (PIN23) is normal or not(the signal is high level when laser operation normally).
2. Laser power supply is normal or not( in the condition of no-load and load (laser is connected) to measure whether the power supply meets the actual requirements.
3. Whether guide light signals in the marking status is in a state of low level. If in the marking status, guiding light signals is low level (PIN22 needle is '0' level), if the led light signal is high level (' 1 'level),laser priority output guide light.
3. Check whether the PIN18 and PIN19 signal are normal or not.
4. Check whether the laser DB25 wiring of the serial port is right according to the definition of wiring connection.
5. Whether the laser marking card power supply is normal, the control signal is normal (see specific signal definition DB25 port definition).
6. Whether software setting is correct (refer to the software setting in detail).
