Stable operation under limit condition and High reliability:

By enhancing the optical transmission efficiency, optimizing the control system and using a new generation of return light control technology and a series of technology to enhance the measures, a new generation of laser 20W acousto-optic Q-switched fiber laser with unparalleled high reliability. Specifically in:

Limit testing under the condition of operating temperature of -20 ℃ ~ 60 ℃  and full power, new generation of 20W acousto-optic Q-switched fiber laser output power, marking effect is stable, no peak pulse, the laser is working properly. (Normal working temperature of 0 ℃ ~ 40 ℃)


High flexibility process and rapid response:

Thanks to the excellent single pulse energy (1mJ) and narrower pulse width (90ns ~ 110ns), the new generation of 20W acousto-optic Q-switched fiber laser marking efficiency and marking effect are significantly improved. Wider frequency range (20kHz ~ 80kHz), which marks the flexibility of the process and high anti-material marking effect has improved.

(2) For deep engraving, the same frequency, the new generation of 20W acousto-optic Q-switched fiber laser has higher single pulse energy than the average 20W marking limit increased by 0.1mm or more, deep carving speed increased by 15%, it can better meet the heavy metal deep processing requirements in Jewelry processing and other industries.


After-sale service:

1. Maxphotonics promise to replace new machine within three months from the date of purchase due to quality problems.

 

2. 24 months warranty.  Maxphotoncis provide free maintenance within the warranty due to quality problems. If the product is out of the warranty period, customers should pay the repairing fee.

 

3. The pulsed laser was repaired not less than 3 times under the warranty period due to quality problem. The warranty can be extended 2 months more on the basis of original warranty. High power CW laser can be extended 2-6 months more according to the true situation.

 

4. The products can be returned to Maxphotonics to repair if broken within the warranty period. Both parties bear the 50% cost for sending back. If Maxphotonics can not be repaired in 7 working days , we will provide customers with a replacement machine to be replaced. Maxphotonics will not provide free repair and replacement if the products damaged by human reasons or products failure caused by unauthorized demolition under warranty period.
